Valentine's Day Pink Cheesecake Oreo Bites

One of Julianna’s favorite holidays - and mine as well - is Valentine’s Day! My family has a memorable tradition on Valentine's Day: in 2013, after my then-fiancée and I were exhausted from prepping for our wedding and getting everything together for our new house, we decided to have a picnic on our living room floor instead of going out for a romantic dinner. We had our favorite McDonald's meal: Big Mac with no pickles for me, and a Quarter Pounder with no pickles for him. We lit some candles to set the mood and it was honestly one of the most memorable nights of my life: it was fun and stress-free. We have continued this tradition every year since and we are now able to enjoy our meal with our girls. Julianna gets so excited when she knows we will be doing our living room picnic with our favorite meals from McDonald's. We like to go all out and decorate our picnic space as well.

One thing Julianna and I have embraced this past year is baking. If you have seen her videos, you know she loves baking! This brought on the idea to make a Valentine's Day inspired dessert which led us to make Pink Cheesecake Oreo Bites! Let me tell you… this is one of the best things we have baked!!
