Princess’s Room
With God’s help, Carl and I recently moved into our new place. It has been nothing short of hard work – it was a journey that we started at the beginning of the year and there were many points where we thought that this process was never going to end. Just the real estate transaction was stressful enough – and then the actual moving and organizing and still managing to be a mom and working full time has been extremely overwhelming. However, it is not impossible! With the help of the most amazing people in our lives, this journey has been possible.
Our new home is slowly coming together. We are trying to make every room reflect who we are and doing it with a lot of love and hard work. The room that I always work twice as hard for and I put a lot of thought into is Julianna’s room. I love to be creative and I feel that in her room and I can let loose and do whatever I want with it. The only negative thing I have to say about her new room is the size and lighting. She had a bigger room before and I was able to do so much more, but I know I will be able to do an amazing job with this smaller space. I also absolutely hate how we don’t get as much sunlight like we did in her previous room. I wanted to do the same as her previous room color (light mint), but decided to go with a blush pink. I am slowly buying things that would fill her room up with love. I want her room to feel fun and creative. Below are a few of the things that I have gathered. I can already imagine her growing up in here into such a beautiful young lady. I can’t wait to share with you the journey of her room and the finished product.
