Julianna is one!!! Where did the time go?!?

I CAN’T BELIEVE IT.

I feel like I just got back from the hospital….I feel like I barely came back to work from my maternity leave; this beautiful girl has been in my life for a whole year already. I sometimes question myself. I hope I have done a good job being a mom, I hope I am doing everything right, I hope she is caught up in developing right and that I have done everything possible to help her with that. I want to be the best mom that I can be. I know there will be hiccups along the way- I know it’s not all perfect. I just want to be the best that I am able to be for her. With this scary world, it is sometimes hard to imagine her growing up in it. I know I am not always able to protect her, but I have faith that God will always look after her when I am not there. I am blessed and thankful that she was chosen for me and I was chosen to be her mother. There is nothing greater than sharing this life with her – nothing greater than being loved by her. I will never take her for granted, as I will never take my husband for granted either. Happy birthday to this beautiful girl of mine. I love you, Julianna.
