A Special Sunday: Celebrating Mother's Day

Mother's Day is this Sunday, May 10th and although social distancing and coronavirus quarantines might make this year’s Mother’s Day a bit different for all of us, it doesn't mean you can't make this day special at home.  Adjusting to new schedules and doing multiple jobs around the house has taken a toll on moms across the globe: I know it has certainly taken a toll on me!  Nonetheless, I know that I am doing an amazing job and so is every single mom out there!

If we cannot pamper ourselves with a fun restaurant outing or a relaxing spa day, lets pamper ourselves and celebrate our #essentialMoMents with these mom-approved drinks and facial scrubs!  I have partnered with Regency Centers who are currently sharing some fun activities you can do at home for mom plus FREE printable greeting cards.  Many of us are probably having a difficult time thinking on what to give mom so I came up with something that every mom will enjoy!

We all love a good drink that both tastes good and is equally stunning to look at.  If you’re looking for a bubbly cocktail, look no further than the Hugo, an Italian cocktail made with prosecco and elderflower syrup that is both elegant and refreshing.  If you do not drink, elevate your morning juice by making a Mango Hibiscus Punch that will transport you to a tropical destination.  Both drinks are easy to make and are ingredients you can find at your local store.

But the pampering does not end there.  Try this DIY Facial Mask: it is the perfect fusion to relax in with my beautiful drinks. Grab your drinks, your favorite food, and make sure to find some relaxation time this weekend!

And if that wasn’t enough, the Regency Centers is having a Mother’s Day giveaway to two retail plazas:. Westlake Plaza is giving away a $100 Sprouts gift card and El Camino Shopping Center is giving away a $100 gift card to Bristol Fams! Head on over to their websites for more details.

Happy Mother’s Day!!
