Tiny Travelers: Treasure Quest

My husband and I love to travel and explore the world.  We seek out for adventure and nothing is better than experiencing and learning about different cultures and eating different types of foods.  I feel we have gained valuable life experiences as a result of our traveling and we always recommend anybody to travel as much as possible. You are never too young to travel - which is why I love educating Julianna about different countries and customs.  Teaching a preschooler about diverse cultures can be difficult, which is why I was so excited to come across Tiny Travelers.

Tiny Travelers is a celebration of the world.  Created by the popular studios that developed the Nick Jr. series Canticos, Tiny Travelers was designed to educate kids and families on the many countries of the world and inspire them to explore diverse cultures through books, apps, products, and experiences. Their mission is to help families embrace the diversity that makes our world the special place that it is.  Tiny Travelers’ products are fun and interactive: they include search-and-find activities, illustrated board books, and they also have travel merchandise for sale, such as backpacks, water bottles, and tote bags. Tiny Travelers has published three books to date: China, Puerto Rico, and Mexico and two other countries, India and Japan, will be released very soon.

Julianna had a blast learning about the books that we read: China, Puerto Rico, and Mexico.  Each book contains geography facts, native phrases, cuisine, sports, music, and monuments that make that specific country special.  Each book also comes with stickers that children find and match up to the pages in the book. Julianna had a lot of fun learning about the Great Wall of China and its origins; Puerto Rican cuisine such as arroz con gandules, pernil and coquito, and yuca; and learning about the Aztec pyramids in Teotihuacan, Mexico.  I want her mind to always be open to new things and to never be afraid to travel. Traveling will always have a special place in our hearts and we are always looking for new places to add to our bucket list. I can’t wait for the Japan book to be released since Japan is the country that is next on our bucket list!

Share your bucket list with me below!

Go and shop for your little ones' next adventure here and have them become a citizen of the world!

I know it’s hard to think about travel in the midst of what we are going through, but I will not let this put fear in me and prevent me for doing something that I truly love.
